Gonna make a transformation this year. I normally depend on exercise to keep my weight down, but due to some unfortunate health issues the intensity of my work-outs has dropped and therefore the amount of calories I normally burn has dropped also. This has resulted in a 15lbs gain and has put me 25 lbs away from goal weight. No more! I’m gonna keep my feet running and begin to watch what I eat now that this holiday season is over. I’ve done it before and I’ll do it again. I just keep trying to remind myself that this is a small slip due to surgery and that I could be right back at the beginning which was 200lbs. So take that doubtful mind!
